Our Invitation to You:

• We welcome individual travelers as well as pairs and groups of friends & female family members.

• No prior dive experience is needed - we will teach you all you need to know!

• Guests must be 18 + to attend. There is no maximum age limit. (You can learn to dive at any age and have a wonderful time!)

• We recommend that our guests be in reasonable physical health to participate in our various activities.
  
  
• All Dive Goddess guests must read and agree to the terms on our participant agreement and assumption of risk form prior to registering for a retreat.

Dive Goddess Retreats have had the pleasure of welcoming women of all ages from around the world!

All retreats feature our complete dive & wellness program which has been designed to be enjoyed by women of all ages and abilities.

Booking Policy:

It is advisable to make your reservations as early as possible. Spaces on the retreat and flights to Bali can fill up fast.

Upon initial sign up and inquiry a tentative booking is made and held for 7 days. Your reservation is secure once we have received payment in full. Sorry, but of the limited number of spaces available on our retreats we don't accept deposits to hold bookings.

Payments:

After a tentative booking has been made, full payment within 7 days then secures your reservation. After payment has been received you will be notified and confirmed via e-mail and receive a complete travel information packet to help you prepare for your vacation.

We accept payment in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) by bank transfer or Visa / MasterCard only.

Payments by credit card attract a processing fee and is charged in the local currency at the current international exchange rate on the day of payment.

Dive Goddess Retreats is not responsible for any unforeseen additional charges that may be added by the guest's own banking institution for making international credit card payments.

Rates listed are per person and subject to change, however, your price will never change after it is booked and fully paid.

Retreat package rate is only guaranteed when paid in full by the individual. Package rates can increase due to supplier adjustments and currency fluctuation rate between the international currencies and the local currency. To guarantee retreat rates we recommend paying in full the price quoted in writing within 7 days of registration.

Travel and Flight Information:

Please book your flights to arrive on the first posted retreat date prior to 5pm and to depart around 5pm or later on the last posted retreat date. This is to ensure that you can particpate in all retreat activities. You must have a 24 hour rest in between your last dive and the time you fly.

tThe airport code is DPS - Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

If your flight arrives between 9am - 9pm our driver will be there to meet you and take you to the villa which is located 45 minutes away. If your flight arrives outside of those times you will need to catch a taxi from the airport (and we will provide you with easy instructions on how to do this & a map).

We can also arrange pick up from hotels located in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak and Kerobokan only. Transport outside these areas can be arranged for an additional fee.

Dive Goddess Retreats is not responsible for missed transportation that is provided for you for any reason including flight delays, earlier or later departure. Transportation via shuttle or taxi will be at your own expense.

Final booking of your flight is not necessary before retreat registration, but we do need your flight details 48 hours before arrival to organize your transfer. You must bring a valid passport to enter Indonesia. All guests are responsible for proof of citizenship documents. Note: Your passport must have at least six months remaining before expiration to be valid.

A tourist visa is also required to enter Indonesia. The tourist visa can be purchased on arrival at the airport and costs $10 USD for a 7 day stay or $25 USD for a 30 day stay. However, as the visa situation is subject to your country of origin, we recommend that you check with your travel agent for current information on the purchase of this visa.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel....

1) If you cancel before 90 prior to the first day of the retreat you are registered for 50% of your package payment can be refunded, or you can choose to credit 100% of your payment balance to any other date within one year of your original booking.

2) If you cancel within 90 days prior to the first day of the retreat you are registered for 25% of your payment can be refunded, or you can choose to credit 50% of your balance to any other date within one year of your original booking.

3) If you cancel within 30 days of the first day of your retreat we do not offer any refund as your payment is forfeited in full, but 25% of your payment balance can be credited to any other available date within one year of your original booking.

4) If you cancel within 14 days of the first day of your program there is no refund or credit and all payment is forfeited.

5) All refunds will be issued by bank transfer 30 days following our acknowledgment of the cancellation with canceling party to pay for any banking fees.

6) There is no refund for arriving late or leaving early. There are no partial refunds for any services, not used while at SGR.

7) All cancellations must be received in writing sent via email or registered mail.

Dive Goddess Retreats is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. We require all participants to obtain travel insurance with a trip cancellation policy which covers the individual. We recommend World Nomads - affordable travel insurance for the smart adventurer!

If we cancel...

We do our utmost to maintain our standard of never canceling a retreat, but if Dive Goddess were to ever cancel a retreat, payment would be refunded in full of retreat.

Dive Goddess Retreat's liability will be to refund all monies paid for the total of the cancelled retreat package only. Dive Goddess Retreats is not responsible for any fees caused by such cancellation paid to airlines and any other agreements made by guests with outside operators.

Payment to Dive Goddess Retreats indicates agreement with this cancellation policy.
